Anne Laux, MD - Fellow 2015 -2017
Biosketch: Anne Laux, MD is the first year Vascular Fellow at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio.
She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. She completed her general surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX under the leadership of Dr. Ronald Jones and joined UTHSCSA in August of 2015 for vascular surgery fellowship. Her interests include improving systems and processes for dialysis access patients, as well as the treatment of lower extremity arterial disease.
Dr. Laux has read 500 Ultrasounds and has successfully pass the required RPVI exam and this are her cases in fifteen months.

Samuel Hui, MD Fellow 2016 -2018

Biosketch: Samuel Hui, MD is the first year Vascular Fellow at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio.
He is a graduate of Saba University School of Medicine of the Dutch, Caribbean. He completed his general surgery internship at Medstar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland and completed his general surgery residency at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey under the leadership of Dr. Mark Hirko. He joined us at UTHSCSA as of August 2016 for vascular surgery fellowship. His interests include quality improvement, multidisciplinary care and endovascular management of arterial disease.
Dr. Hui has passed the General Surgery qualifying exam and the Certifying General Surgery exam.
